Welcome to the
First Presbyterian Church
A House of Prayer for All Peoples
With eyes wide open to the mercies of God, I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, as an act of true and authentic worship, give your bodies to God as a living sacrifice, consecrated to God and acceptable by God. Do not be conformed to the present age, but be transformed so that your whole attitude of mind is changed.
- Romans 12:1-2

Are you new to Lake Crystal?
Around four years ago this summer, our family was “brand new” to Lake Crystal, excited about being involved with a new church family, and hoping we would find new friends—especially the kids, of course! We have found Lake Crystal to be a place where people really care about each other. We trust you will too!
Welcome to Lake Crystal, and if you decide to attend First Presbyterian Church, welcome in advance! We will try to make you feel warmly welcomed—without being smothered, if you know what I mean!
At First Presbyterian Church, we welcome new friends in the way we believe God welcomes all the children of the world—with outstretched arms of acceptance and open hands of compassion.
Our church sign says, “A House of Prayer for All Peoples,” because we believe in the power of prayer, and we believe we are called to be a reflection of the radical hospitality, openness, and compassion of God.
We extend to you an invitation to worship with us, to get to know us and to let us get to know you, to learn more about our mission and vision, and to find out whether our church family might be the place where your gifts may be used by God.
Peace of Christ;
Rev. Randal K. Lubbers; Pastor and Teacher
